First we begin with our free, no obligation "over the telephone" estimate. We'll start by determining how many areas you have in your home... and yes, a bathroom is an area. Next, we'll give you a price based on the number of areas you have. Of course, the price is based on your home being in average condition and the areas being of average size.
So what if you've been really busy and your house is not quite up to the standards you would normally keep it at? No problem! Our "in-home" estimate will allow us to better understand your cleaning needs. You don't have to expect us to automatically double the price for a first time cleaning like a lot of other services. We only charge extra for the areas that require extra cleaning.
For the first five (5) areas cleaned on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis, the cost would be approximately $80.00. Each additional area will cost $14.00.
Example: Average 8 room house - $122.00 (Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms)
Prices are based on the areas being in average condition and of average size. First time cleanings will often require additional time and extra charges will apply.
